Wally the Cat needs a home
Wally is an adorable little 6 month old short-haired orange tabby with white markings neutered male kitten. He has the cutest little orange spot on the side of his nose and cute big eyes. He is a very shy and fearful, esp. with sudden movements. He will need an experience cat person and lots of time and patience to work with him on his social skills. He is food motivated and loves to play, so we know with a some help, he'll come around. He does not care to be picked up or held. He was rescued along with Beauty & Tink from being put down at another shelter, so we don't have much background, but we do know it was his previous owner's dying wish that her cats find safe, loving, patient homes. He requires regular play sessions and would love a playmate (he gets along great with all of his feline roommates and it would be great if he could be adopted with one or more of them, but it is not required. There is a discount for adopting more than one). We don't know about dogs, but he is young enough to adapt to gentle, cat-friendly dogs. Per our policies, he cannot be with children under the age of 6 years old, and wouldn't do well with them even if he were old, but he would be O.K. with older, calm, children who would know enough to be gentle with him and give him the space he needs.
